Tuna Steak with Green Peas Puree Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • Tuna steak 200-300 g
  • Olive oil 10 g
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Green peas 200 g
  • Onion 1/4
  • Cream 100 g
  • Butter 30 g
  • Freshly ground black pepper or a pepper mixture to taste
  • Lime juice to taste

Method:

  • Prepare a marinade for tuna from salt and olive oil, marinate the steak for 30 minutes
  • While the tuna steak is marinating, chop the onion finely and fry in butter until golden brown.
  • Add green peas, half a glass of water and simmer covered with a lid over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
  • Salt to taste, add cream, turn off the heat and leave for 5 minutes.
  • Fry the steak on the grill or pan until preferred condition.
  • Remove to a plate and let rest for a few minutes. At this time, puree the peas in a blender and immediately put them on a plate.
  • Top the peas with the tuna steak, cut diagonally into 2-3 pieces
